Hi Guys – I’ll be hosting another 1st Time Home Buyer Q + A soon. It will be at my home in Echo Park on November 9th. We will have a mortgage broker there to make a presentation on loan option and financing. I’ll talk a bit about the current real estate market and explain the process of home buying. Bring all your real estate questions! And – come hungry. We will have a ton of great food, beer and cold drinks. The event is always fun and informative!
